High school athletics are in full swing with various sectional and zonal meetings having taken place at Vygieskraal and Green Point Stadium over the past few weeks.
False Zone, which includes schools from the Mitchell’s Plain, Khayelitsha, Philippi, Strand and Macassar areas, held its zonal championships at Vygieskraal on Saturday.
Saturday’s meeting also incorporated the zone’s Section C competition which was postponed earlier this month due to issues around stadium readiness.
Pictured are some of the action from Saturday’s 4x100m relay finals.
