Mitchell’s Plain karate students were among the more than 260 competitors from across South Africa who took part in the recent Kyokushin Budokan National Tournament at DF Academy School in Bellville. Pictured are students from the dojos at Woodlands and Portland community centres who performed well at the competition, finishing in the top three in their respective divisions.
