Woodlands United AFC beat Stanturf United 2-0 in an MPLFA Elite Championship league fixture, at Rocklands sports complex, at the weekend. Newly-elected club chairman, Fagmie.Jassiem, said the club has embarked on a major restructuring drive, from junior to senior level and thanked all community members and business owners for their ongoing support. In particular, he said, he'd like to thank Kohler Motors for its donation of training kit and 10 training balls. "It is through such companies that we will be able to succeed in empowering our members to reach new heights by supplying them with the right tools to ply their trade," he said.
