Stage set for Coke Cup finals

Sunday’ Coke Cup semi-finals, in Mitchell’ Plain, certainly lived up to expectation as far as drama is concerned.

Antalyaspor Cape Town and Hanover Park FC booked their spots in the under-18 finals with 1-0 wins in their respective matches against Rebels and Valhalla Park.

In the women’s division, Dangerous Heroes beat Salt River Blackpool 3-2, while UCT beat The Magic 2-0.

In the senior section, FC Tafelzucht secured their spot in the finals following a 4-3 win on penalties after playing to a 1-all draw against Saxon Rovers. In the other senior section semi-final, Vasco da Gama beat Manenberg’s Young Idols 1-0 to set up a cup final date with Tafelzucht.
