The junior and senior Kyokushin Budokan WP karate tournament, hosted by Shihan Hennie Bosman, was held at Welgemoed Primary School hall a fortnight ago, About 200 competitors took part in their respective age and weight categories. Karate students from the Woodlands and Portland dojos performed well at the tournament, finishing first, second, third and fourth in their age and weight categories.
