With all of the negativity surrounding municipalities malfunctioning around the country (or not functioning at all), I was pleasantly surprised to find a truly dedicated team from councillor Goawa Timm's office, in Lentegeur.
Ward assistant Karen Lynn Barendilla was so accommodating, but the award must go to community development worker Anneline Brown, who went all out - personalised assistance.
At the end, I walked out with a spring in my step.
