As a human rights organisation with its core business being paralegalism, combating gender-based violence and femicide, youth development and women empowerment, we will be hosting discussions concerning women’s human rights during August, every Wednesday at 1pm at venues across Mitchell’s Plain.

We will be hosting a discussion titled Women’s rights are human rights at Lentegeur library hall today, Wednesday August 3.

Gender-based violence will be discussed at Town Centre library hall on Wednesday August 10, at 1pm.

Parenting will be highlighted at Tafelsig library hall on Wednesday August 17.

A young women’s event focused on teenage pregnancy and women’s rights will be held at Philippi Horticultural Area, in Schaapkraal, on Wednesday August 24.

About 300 women will be invited to a breakfast engagement, including pamper sessions on Wednesday August 31.
