Andrew Koopman, founder of AK Snapshots Study Group
One of our Tafelsig children Jayson David George, 25, was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, in Cape Town on Friday May 7.
He is a product of the AK Snapshots Study Group, based in Searidge Park, Tafelsig.
Jayson joined the study group in 2007 as a Grade 5 pupil, when he already had aspirations of becoming an attorney.
His dream was realised last week.
In 2014, with the help of sponsors, we sent him to his matric ball via helicopter.
That year he achieved eight distinctions at Glendale Secondary School, in Rocklands.
He completed his Bachelor of Laws (Legum Baccalaureus - LLB) at the University of Cape Town, where he was on the dean's merit list for four years consecutively and was invited to join the Golden Key Society in 2016.
Jayson practises as an associate attorney, specialising in banking and finance law, in the Cape Town office of a renowned pan-African commercial law firm.
We have more pupils with great potential and will continue to help them to reach their goals.
Yes, we can 100%.
