A 17-year-old suspected gang member was arrested in Lentegeur last Friday after he was found carrying a gun, say police.
The teenager, who was stopped and searched by Lentegeur police officers in Bamboo Street, faces a charge of illegally possessing a firearm, according to Lentegeur police station spokesman, Constable Navon van Houten.
