Happi Chappi Seniors Club remembered the life of member, Mildred Estment, at Tafelsig Library on Friday April 12.
Ms Estment, 71, from Tafelsig, was a beloved founding member of the club who passed away on March 6.
“She was a good person, everybody knew her. She was a bright light to the community and was a beautiful person,” said friend and club member of Mary Power.
Ms Estment was the treasurer of the club and a founding member. Ms Power said she was very involved in the community by helping those around her by connecting them to services or just lending an ear to them.
