Merrydale Forum Seniors participated in a social care intervention programme at Lentegeur civic centre on Friday October 15.
Mary-Ann April Bergman, from the City of Cape Town’s Social Development and Early Childhood Development department, and nursing sister Cornelia Roos Martheza explained the need for seniors to take care of themselves and to keep busy.
