The Mitchell’s Plain Educare Forum, including representatives from crèches, met in celebration of Women’s Day at the FROG Centre, in Woodlands, on Wednesday August 16. The executive members wore sunflower crowns representing the forum’s members who brighten their days like their pupils do in laying the foundation for the future, said forum chairwoman Valda Philips. The forum meets monthly. The next meeting will be at the FROG Centre, in Juno Street Woodlands, on Wednesday September 20, at noon.
