Tafelsig resident Rachel Jeffries has reached a remarkable milestone — 100 years of life filled with love, family, and faith.
Born into a family of seven siblings — three brothers and four sisters — she is one of only two still alive today. Her younger sister, now 88, shared in celebrating this special moment of longevity and grace.
Ms Jefferies raised ten children, four of whom are still alive. Her life has been a story of resilience and devotion, marked by years of caring for her family and watching generations grow around her.
She lives with her son, Eugene Jeffries, in Tafelsig.
As her loved ones honored her 100th birthday, they said her life stands as a testament to strength, love, and the beauty of a full century well lived.
