Lions Club hosts diabetes awareness and screening event in Strandfontein

The local Lions Clubs came together at Strandfontein Library on Saturday, August 16, for a successful diabetes awareness and testing event aimed at educating the community and providing free screenings.
The initiative marks an important step toward establishing a new Lions Club in Strandfontein, with the goal of extending the organisation’s service and outreach in the area.
The event highlighted the Lions' commitment to health awareness and community upliftment, and the positive response from residents signals strong support for the formation of a new club in the Strandfontein community.
