Police appeal for public’s help to solve cases

Lentegeur police are seeking information on two unrelated incidents.

On Wednesday April 24, a man died after being knocked down in a hit-and-run while crossing the Highlands Drive pedestrian crossing in front of Mitchell’s Plain District Hospital, at 7.16am.

On Sunday May 5, four vehicles were involved in a collision on Highlands Drive and officers found a dead woman in one of them.

Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to contact investigating officer Detective Sergeant Marlon van Neel at 021 377 5018.
