Grade 1s enjoyed dressing up for World Book Day on Monday April 25.
AZ Berman Primary School celebrated World Book Day this week.
The day is marked around the world every year on April 23, but the school held its programme on Monday April 25.
Teacher Jackie Johnson said the pupils dressed as their favourite book characters.
“The school participating in this day is to instil a desire in the child to read, gain knowledge and to make it a fun day so that they can understand that reading is all about having fun. You can visit different places in story books, relax and have fun,” she said.
