Grace Ministries International leaders pastor Candice van der Zandt and husband Apostle Henry celebrated Pastor Appreciation Day with their congregation at Mondale High School, in Portland, on Sunday December 5. They have served the community of Mitchell’s Plain and beyond for the past 20 years. The church serves weekly cooked meals; and based on available resources distributes bread, grocery hampers, toys and gives relentlessly on Christmas Day. “We believe it is better to give, than to receive,” said Apostle Van der Zandt.
