Cape Community Media hosted the Jive Cape Town Funny Festival at the Baxter Theatre on Wednesday June 7 and some of Mitchell’s Plain’s very own got to enjoy the show with the line-up of comedians which include Alan Committie, Marc Lottering, Emo Adams, Riaad Moosa, Dalin Oliver, Schalk Bezuidenhout, mentalist Larry Soffer and married duo from Los Vegas, Daredevil Chicken.

Enjoying the laughs are director of the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA), Ricardo de Reuck and his wife Natalie Fortuin.
Having a good time at the Funny Festival are RLabs’ head of innovation Mareldia Wentzel and RLabs staff member Lubnah Adams.

The show still runs until July 2 so book your tickets for the Funny Festival at the Baxter, through Webtickets. Evening performances are at 8pm and Saturday and Sunday matinees at 4pm; no under-16s.
