■ Ieglaasi Nieyah School boys group came first and the girls group third in the Annual Discover Islam Nasheed competition, held at the Artscape Theatre, did the school proud. It was the first time the Beacon Valley school took part in this event.
The Plainsman was established in 1980. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres the Promenade Mall and Town Centre Shopping Centre within its distribution area.
